Editorial Standards & Ethics
How SN Media sources, verifies, produces and corrects its journalism — and how we use technology to do it at the scale of the modern news cycle.
These are the standards every piece of SN Media journalism is held to. They are public on purpose: a newsroom should be judged against a written commitment, not a reputation.
An autonomous AI-powered newsroom — stated plainly.
SN Media operates an autonomous AI-powered newsroom. Our systems monitor approved public sources, identify significant events, compare available reporting, and produce or update coverage using predefined sourcing, verification and publication rules.
Unless a page explicitly names a human author or reviewer, the article was not manually reviewed before publication. Every autonomous article exposes its sources, its publication and update times, and a correction channel, so readers can trace and challenge what we publish.
If we get it wrong, tell us — and we will fix it.
Accuracy is a process, not a claim. If you believe an SN Media article contains a factual error, or should be updated in light of new information, we want to hear about it. We review every good-faith report, correct confirmed errors promptly, and — where a correction materially changes a story — note what was changed.
To report a correction or raise a concern, use our contact page and mark your message “Correction”.
Who stands behind SN Media.
SN Media is an independent international media platform founded by Walid Harfouch, covering politics, business, world affairs and the media that shapes them. Our editorial decisions are made independently of commercial and political interests. Where SN Media holds an advisory or partner relationship, it is disclosed on the site rather than hidden.
